We recommend only using these serving boards for decorative purposes as they are not stained with food grade stain; however, after the stain has cured for 30 days you could use your bored as a bread board, cheese board etc if desired.
 
Each board will be unique. You can expect cut marks, dings, scraps, lines, rings, cuts and scrapes. These are intended to look old and worn even though they are brand new.
 
Please do not wipe the boards with anything wet as the stain will lift and the wood may warp. I reccommend using a cheese paper on your board when serving food, which I also have listed on my site.
